Grovekeeper

Terms of service

Effective 2 November 2026

These terms apply when you download or use Grovekeeper, a desktop planner for Windows. By using Grovekeeper you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Using Grovekeeper

You may install and use Grovekeeper for your own personal planning. Please do not use it in a way that breaks the law, or try to interfere with the services it connects to, such as Google Calendar.

Your data

Everything you create in Grovekeeper belongs to you and is stored on your own computer. You are responsible for keeping backups of anything important. How Grovekeeper handles data, including optional read-only Google Calendar access, is described in the privacy policy.

Third-party services

Some optional features use services run by others, such as Google Calendar and public daily-content sources. Your use of those services is also covered by their own terms. Grovekeeper only reads your Google Calendar; it never changes it.

No warranty

Grovekeeper is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It may contain mistakes, and features may change or be removed over time. Calendar events shown in Grovekeeper are a convenience copy; check your original calendar for anything important.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for any loss of data, missed appointments, or other indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Grovekeeper.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use Grovekeeper after a change means you accept the updated terms.
